Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with meeting preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, reliable, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
