Fully remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm ET
Role Background and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on data management and support. In this role, you will assist with tasks related to summarizing reports, processing emails, and consolidating data from various sources, while also managing files and transferring data securely. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive tasks, possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Summarize Reports in Excel: Organize and summarize data from reports, ensuring clear, concise, and accurate representation.

Email Processing: Process incoming emails, capturing and organizing key information into spreadsheets for easy access and analysis.

Data Consolidation: Gather and consolidate data from various sources into a unified format for reporting and analysis.

File Management and Transfer: Manage files effectively, including secure transfers via systems like SFTP, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
