About us

We are a real estate and Finance business in Dublin, OH engaged in commercial real estate holdings, financing and Private equity

We are looking for a Full time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to the owner of business

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience being an Office Manager and Assistant to Business Owner in past, managing office, mail, travels, communication with customers/vendors, highly organized and manages time very well.

- Dealing with people, high emotional intelligence.

- Strong and mindful communicator (verbal and written) with team, vendors, tenants & partners

- Candidate must be discreet and trustworthy, as he/she will handle numbers and other confidential materials and will be signing a Non Disclosure Agreement as part of the employment.

- Some property management experience in commercial real estate will be very helpful

Primary Duties:

- Manage and maintain office, mails, vendor contracts, leases, borrower’s loan contracts, filing

- Assist the owner in managing businesses, his office, mail, travel bookings

- Managing personal matters for owner (e.g., house maintenance, family assistance & other tasks)

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conduct research, and travel arrangements

- Provide all administrative support to owner as needed

- Visit property locations (Around Columbus area) on need basis to meet vendors, tenants etc.

Secondary Duties:

- Be a Contact for Tenants & Vendors in real estate on daily basis and will manage all their needs

- Monitor vendor contracts bills and expenses, providing regular reports to management.

- Use company software to prepare financial statements/reports for analysis. Generate Invoices

- Assist existing property manager in supporting Tenants, vendors and sites in their daily needs

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, works with accounting team (Support Role)

- Reconcile accounts regularly in accounting software. We will train in our software (Support Role)

- Assist with training and development of new employees

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as Office Manager and in office administration-MUST

- Strong in excel, assimilating data and presenting it in a consumable way is MUST

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-MUST

- Proficient in using various office software programs (Microsoft Office Suite)-MUST

- Highly comfortable with doing research online and figure things out-MUST

- Strong organizational / time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Comfortable with learning new software and technologies (We will train)

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field preferred

- Experience as a bookkeeper software like Quickbooks is desired

- Previous experience as property manager is highly desired
