Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Boston, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Associate to support their Physician's Organization. This full-time, onsite role is located, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position is expected to last 4+ months with the potential to convert to permanent. Compensation is $24/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encourage to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
  • Take meeting minutes and reserve meeting spaces
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling conferences
  • Enter data into systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Help with document creation and formatting
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Provide general administrative support (non-patient facing)

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive experience may substitute
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple Directors or senior-level staff preferred
