Job Description

A leading, large-scale healthcare organization in Southern California is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join its operational team. This role is essential for driving efficiency through precise data management, workflow analysis, and cross-functional project facilitation within a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% onsite and offers a critical opportunity to contribute to organizational effectiveness.

  • This is a 100% onsite position located at 25825 Vermont Ave, Harbor City, CA 90710.
  • The schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST .

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

  • Data Analysis/Collection & Monitoring Productivity: Collect, accurately enter, and analyze data to support operational needs, monitor team performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Facilitating Projects: Assist in creating and streamlining new office workflows, identify opportunities for process improvements, and propose practical solutions to maximize office efficiency.
  • Administrative Support & Collaboration: Support daily office functions, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate effectively with various departments and leadership teams to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related administrative or clerical experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Skills: Strong collaboration, reliability, and administrative skills , along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Systems: Required proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
  • Certification: LA Fire Card must be obtained/held for the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: A Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Systems: Familiarity or working knowledge of the EPIC system is preferred.
  • Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency with specialized data entry and analysis tools.

  • Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour , Depending on Experience (DOE).
