Position: Ag Loan Officer

Job Description: If you're a motivated and experienced Ag Loan Officer seeking a new challenge, then this amazing opportunity is for you! As a Ag Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth and success of our client's financial services division.

This is a role for an An Loan Office with strong business development skills and an expansive center of influence which can be levereraged to genenerate signficant new Ag and Commerical Loan volume and addtional deposits.

Responsibilities: - Originate and underwrite ag loans, deposits and related services for a diverse portfolio of clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure loan viability - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and approval - Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements

Essential Job Functions: - Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants - Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements - Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval - Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ag Loan Officer - Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis. Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY - Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDANDTORY - Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance best practices

Compensation- $80,000 to $160,000 depending on experience.

Location: This on site in Terrell Texas

Marketing Territory : Kaufman County
