Job Posting: Airline Booking Assistant

Location: Houston, TX 77055

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | On-Site

Department: Airline

Reports to: Airline Manager

Position Overview

School Tours of America is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Airline Booking Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll support the Airline Manager by coordinating and managing flight bookings for educational tours across the country.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily airline booking operations and travel coordination

· Book group travel using the Sabre booking system

· Communicate with airlines and partners to confirm or resolve reservations

· Prepare and manage travel-related documentation

· Maintain accurate internal booking records

· Work cross-functionally to support seamless travel logistics

· Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses

· Use Microsoft Office and Teams to manage documentation and communication

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

· Experience with Sabre (or other booking systems) is highly preferred

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Experience in travel, tourism, or airline industries is a strong plus
