**Responsibilities:**
- Exceed fair and attainable production goals, primarily over the phone.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Sales Dealers, Property Managers, etc.

**Requirements:**
- Be coachable and positive.
- Have at least one year of licensed P&C insurance sales experience.
- Have hardwired internet with at least 300mbps.
- Have a dedicated office space with a desk and office chair.
