Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Expertise

Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Demonstrated ability to implement comprehensive logging frameworks using tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and custom Dataverse logging solutions.
Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles and practical experience deploying solutions via Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Proven experience working with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit for governance, monitoring, and standardization.
Proficient in configuring and managing custom connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Competency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks and system management.

Governance & Compliance

Demonstrated experience developing and enforcing security, compliance, and governance frameworks within Power Platform environments.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and analytics tools to gather platform insights and drive governance decisions.
Working knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security role configurations, and environment-level compliance controls.

Integration & Development Skills

Experience integrating the Power Platform with services such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Awareness of Microsoft Fabric capabilities (preferred, not required).
Basic proficiency in SQL for querying Dataverse tables and other connected data sources (preferred, not required).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, support end users, and coordinate across teams.

Education & Professional Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence reporting and development.
5–8 years working with Microsoft server technologies in enterprise environments.
3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions at scale.
