GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The Area New Construction Manager is responsible for leading field operations with a focus on strategic execution, team accountability, and operational excellence. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards by driving process improvement, managing field assets, and aligning production goals with company strategy.
