Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to lead? We’re looking for a motivated team player to manage schedules, support staff, and ensure quality care for our clients.
✨ What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee Home Health Aide scheduling
✅ Coordinate nursing visits & client services
✅ Communicate with clients and Case Managers
✅ Assist with recruiting, onboarding & evaluations
✅ Ensure accurate payroll reporting
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ High School diploma (College degree a plus)
✔️ 2+ years of coordination or admin experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔️ Computer savvy
✔️ Bilingual in Russian is required
