The Assistant Airport Manager supports the Airport Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and business functions of The University-Oxford Airport, a public-use general aviation airport. This role assists in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local aviation regulations, while fostering strong relationships with based tenants, pilots, community stakeholders, and service providers.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with experience in general aviation operations, a strong customer service ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and facility improvement.

1. Assists in managing day-to-day aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Supervises and assists airport staff to ensure efficient airport operation.
3. Assists in scheduling flights, aircraft maintenance, grounds maintenance, and work assignments to meet airport needs.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: (1) One Year Experience
Licensure: Valid driver’s license
