Job Posting: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $110,000 base salary + bonus + relocation assistance

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for a prestigious luxury hotel in the Minneapolis area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in high-end, premium brand food & beverage operations.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage , you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the entire food & beverage division, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets. You will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, in-room dining services, and banquet functions while also leading the hotel’s beverage program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee restaurant, in-room dining, and banquet operations to ensure world-class service and efficiency.
  • Manage and enhance the hotel’s beverage program, ensuring a premium selection and innovative offerings.
  • Work closely with culinary, service, and event teams to maintain high-quality standards and seamless execution.
  • Implement and uphold luxury service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and overall profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and develop food & beverage team members to maintain a high-performing culture.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance product offerings and maintain cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong background in managing restaurant, in-room dining, and banquet operations.
  • Expertise in beverage program development, including wine, spirits, and mixology.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, guest-centric mindset, and ability to uphold luxury brand standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to relocate to Minneapolis, MN (relocation assistance provided).
