Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Residential/Commercial)

Pay range: Commensurate with experience

Reports to: Project Manager Team

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be detail oriented
• Self-starter that can work independently
• Must be organized and able to work at a fast pace
• Must enjoy interacting with people
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with BuilderTrend, Procore, AutoCAD, and Planswift is a plus

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, schedule, and reply to incoming invitations to bid
• Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals.
• Read and understand design/construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the contract review process, specifically focusing on scope of work responsibilities.
• Preparation of submittals and closeout documentation.
• Review plan changes and submit Request for Information (RFI’s) as directed by the Project Manager.
• Document, coordinate, and communicate any project change orders to ensure accurate and timely billings.
• Ensure all job files are maintained and complete in proper programs.
• Generate invoices for clients based on work performed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
