Work will include real estate transactions, contract preparation, business entity formation, governance and dissolution, leasing, licensing, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other related business advice and counsel. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. 3 to 5 years experience preferred but not required.
