Francis Hansen & Martin LLP an established AV-rated law firm in Bend, Oregon, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our business and transactional practice group. Work will include real estate transactions, contract preparation, business entity formation, governance and dissolution, leasing, licensing, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other related business advice and counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-driven individual to transition into a strong book of business while developing your client base.
The ideal candidate must have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. 3 to 5 years experience preferred but not required.
