Rincon Law Group, P.C. (RLG) a civil litigation firm is looking to add associate attorneys licensed in Texas and/or New Mexico to its exciting and rewarding law practice.
Associate attorneys at RLG work both individually and as part of larger case teams on interesting cases involving commercial trucks, premises and products liability, and commercial law claims and suits. Associate opportunities include writing briefs, motions, taking depositions, interviewing and preparing witnesses for testimony, and handling negotiations at mediations along with second chairing jury trials or other legal proceedings led by a senior shareholder. Extensive mentorship and training is a central part of the associate experience at RLG with emphasis made for knowledge and skill development.
Travel opportunities are available for associates to attend out of town or out of state case events or court proceedings. Additionally, associate lawyers have an opportunity to work with highly skilled RLG legal staff along with interesting clients and expert witnesses. Associate attorneys are involved in the investigation of occurrences giving rise to lawsuits and work with clients and witnesses to prepare for case proceedings. RLG is a great firm to assist associates in developing legal writing, advocacy and analytical skills.
