Job Description

Regional Sales Manager – Covering North and South America

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and grow relationships with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and key suppliers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
Represent the company at EXPOs and customer meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
Travel extensively within the assigned region (70%+ travel required).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of aerospace sales experience with an established industry network.
Proven track record in business development and closing deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
