Regional Sales Manager – Covering North and South America

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and key suppliers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at EXPOs and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region (70%+ travel required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of aerospace sales experience with an established industry network.
• Proven track record in business development and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
