Job Description

We’re looking for outgoing personalities to join our commission-based  Outbound Sales Representative role . If you’re someone who’s outgoing, friendly and confident on the phone and wants flexible hours — this is the role for you. You’ll be selling proven products with strong results to local brands and marketing teams looking to grow their presence online. We are a very vibrant and fun company and are looking for individuals who will be a great representation of the work that we do.

We’re The Skorys — a viral content team with over 7 million followers and 1 billion+ views. After 13 years of growing our brand we're helping companies master social media by selling the same systems that helped us generate millions of views, top-tier brand deals, and consistent online growth. We've worked with some of the world's largest companies such as Fortnite, Mattel, Nickelodeon and Fortune 500 companies like McDonalds and Disney.

This is a high-earning opportunity with clear pathways for growth and leadership as we expand our sales division.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, DMs, and networking

• Track outreach numbers, warm leads, conversions, and follow-ups

• Manage your own sales pipeline and report weekly stats to leadership

• Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales process

• Collaborate with our team to ensure clear handoffs and smooth onboarding

• Provide basic client support through follow-up questions and status updates

Expectations & Goals:

You’ll be expected to:

  • Make 50+ cold contacts/week (calls, emails, or DMs)
  • Have 10+ warm convos/week
  • Close 2–4 course sales/week
  • Close 1+ audit sale/month
  • Upsell into the $10K strategy plan as opportunities arise
  • Come into the office for weekly reviews - Via Zoom if remote.

Compensation & Structure

• 20% commission across all sales (products range from $499 to $10,000)

• Bonus opportunities for hitting monthly sales goals

• Flexible schedule (work from home with in-person local outreach as needed)

• Training provided, including lead sources, CRM tools, and pitch materials
