Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take drink orders.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area for events and functions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
