Primary Duties :

A Team Lead within our Developmental Support Services team provides BCBA services consistent with the dimensions of ABA. Common services may include, but are not limited to:

1. Conduct client intakes and onboarding
2. Conducting behavioral assessments ad develop comprehensive treatment plans in the context of a multidisciplinary team
3. Analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans
4. Provide training to parents, teachers, allied professionals to implement components of treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans.
5. Provide IBT/RBT supervision
6. Provide support to the Developmental Support Services Manager as needed.

Other Company Responsibilities:

Any other clinical duties assigned by Manager/Director, including but not limited to the following:

1. Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality at all times
2. Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform.
3. Community presentations, appearances, talks, or panel discussions on topics pertinent to the values and services of the Company
4. Development and delivery of allied health training for the purpose of increasing awareness of services of the Company
5. Development and/or participation in social media content for the purpose of increasing awareness of services of the Company.

This role can be either remote or in-person

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements

• BCaBA/BCBA with 5+ years of experience
• Masters degree in related field
• Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
• Competency is in the use of ABLLS-R, AFLS and EFL
• ESDM Certified would be an asset
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed care in the Caribbean context
• Demonstrated experience delivering culturally attuned services
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Covid-19 vaccination
