Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bench Assembler to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and a commitment to safety while working with delicate materials. As a Bench Assembler, you will be responsible for understanding work orders, parts and handling instructions as well as follow through paper work.

Location: Wilton, NH

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay rate: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow patterns and directions for wiring parts using a small epoxy needle and .005-gauge wire.​
• Place parts into assigned fixtures using specific tools.​
• Position assembled parts in designated areas for processing.​
• Communicate effectively with team members and work efficiently to meet production timelines.​

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.​
• Basic math skills.​
• Previous experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment is a plus.​
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.​
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.​
• Comfortable working with delicate materials and adhering to safety protocols.​
• Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
