*Job Description:* Bilingual Executive Assistant
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate investment company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish enabling effective communication with diverse clients and partners.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and team members
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between various departments and external parties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Assist in special projects and event coordination as needed
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
