AVA Law Group is looking for an enthusiastic, attention to detail Legal Receptionist to join our team. AVA Law Group offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival to the office.
• Communicate with clients via telephone or in person to provide updates on their cases and gather necessary information for questionnaires.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, deliveries and other communication to reach recipients in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients as needed.
• Manage office supplies
• Manage conference room and ensure proper set up and post clean-up for internal and client meetings.
• Answering, screening, forwarding phone calls and taking messages as needed in a professional manner.
• Administrative office duties including faxing, scanning, emailing, etc.
• Complete administrative tasks for attorneys
• Booking of CLEs/ events/ hotels

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in legal setting or administrative setting that requires a high attention to detail.
