About the Opportunity:

Our client, a well-established company in the hospitality renovation industry , is seeking a Bookkeeper & Operations Specialist to support their financial and administrative operations. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality renovations for top hotel brands nationwide, they are looking for a detail-oriented professional with QuickBooks expertise to join their team.

What They’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management , with experience in QuickBooks being essential. This role also involves supporting daily operations and assisting with HR-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial integrity
  • Support general business operations , including compliance tracking and office coordination
  • Assist with HR functions , such as onboarding and benefits coordination (preferred but not required)
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline financial and operational processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • HR experience is a plus but not required
