About the Opportunity:

Our client, a well-established company in the hospitality renovation industry , is seeking a Bookkeeper & Operations Specialist to support their financial and administrative operations. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality renovations for top hotel brands nationwide, they are looking for a detail-oriented professional with QuickBooks expertise to join their team.

What They’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management , with experience in QuickBooks being essential. This role also involves supporting daily operations and assisting with HR-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks
Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial integrity
Support general business operations , including compliance tracking and office coordination
Assist with HR functions , such as onboarding and benefits coordination (preferred but not required)
Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making
Collaborate with leadership to streamline financial and operational processes

Ideal Candidate:

Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
HR experience is a plus but not required
