Job Description:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will use your understanding of our products, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves satisfied with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service : Build relationships with customers and learn their needs, providing personalized product recommendations tailored to them.
  • Marketing : Understand sales and marketing strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest in our services.
  • Branding: Represent our clients in our stores with professionalism and sincerity, increasing the customer’s understanding of services and programs offered.
  • Problem Solving : Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
  • Sales : Use your product knowledge to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and a smile.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with your team to keep up with new products and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
  • Sales or Marketing/Branding Experience (3+ months)
  • Bachelor’s degree or the pursuit of a degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
  • Ability to critically think and analyze target markets.
  • Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Team-player who is able to collaborate and troubleshoot marketing and sales strategies.

What we offer:

  • Base pay of up to $21/hour plus uncapped commission, paid weekly
