BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) Remote (Latin America) | Full-Time | Base + 20% Commission

NetConnect is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in website development, SEO, and digital marketing services for businesses across the United States. We serve clients ranging from small startups to established brands with deal sizes from $2,500 to $20,000+.

We're in an exciting growth phase and building a world-class sales team to support our expansion.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring our first Business Development Representative to join our team and help us scale from $50K/month to $200K/month in 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll:

  • Work directly with the founder/CEO
  • Help build and refine our sales processes
  • Have clear potential to grow into a closer role or team lead position
  • Be supported by cutting-edge automation and tools (Zoho CRM, auto-dialer, email sequences)
  • Work with a warm database of 7,000+ qualified leads plus inbound flow

This is NOT a cold-calling grind. You'll be reaching out to pre-qualified prospects who fit our ideal customer profile and nurturing inbound leads from active campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Primary Responsibilities (Weeks 1-4):

  • Complete training on our services, ideal customer profile, and sales process
  • Shadow live sales calls with the CEO
  • Practice qualification conversations and objection handling
  • Learn our CRM and sales automation tools

Ongoing Responsibilities (Month 2+):

  • Make 50-75 outbound calls per day to qualified prospects
  • Respond to inbound leads from our marketing campaigns within 5 minutes
  • Qualify prospects using our proven framework (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Book 10-15+ strategy call appointments per week for the CEO to close
  • Send follow-up emails and nurture sequences to prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Participate in daily check-ins and weekly coaching sessions

Success Metrics (90-Day Goals):

  • 50+ calls/day average (tracked automatically)
  • 10-15 qualified strategy calls booked per week
  • 50%+ show rate on booked appointments
  • 25%+ of your booked calls convert to closed deals

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $2,000 USD per month (paid bi-weekly via Wise, PayPal, or direct transfer)

Commission Structure: 20% of total deal value on all closed deals from your booked appointments

Example Earnings:

  • You book 12 calls/week = ~48 calls/month
  • 25% close rate = 12 deals/month
  • Average deal value = $5,000 (setup + first month recurring)
  • Commission = 12 × $5,000 × 20% = $12,000/month
  • Total compensation = $14,000/month

Top performers can earn $10K-$20K+/month total compensation.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

  4. Final Interview - 60-minute call with CEO covering expectations, comp, culture fit
