Job Description:

Join our corporate functions business operations team as a Business Operations Analyst, where you will drive effective and efficient processes and tools to ensure consistent and predictable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in the creation of the function's annual operation plan and conduct operational reviews to track and manage progress.
• Support portfolio management by tracking project prioritization, resource allocation, and critical milestones.
• Regularly monitor project status and oversee the ongoing delivery of projects tied to business results.
• Assist with budget management and routine analysis.
• Develop timelines and presentations to drive key deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Workflows).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience in project management preferred.
