Overview:

Producers National Corporation has experienced significant growth and transformation within the last five years. We are looking for a Business Process Architect who can help us to review and optimize key business processes that will sustain the current business model and enable continued growth.

The Business Process Architect is responsible for assessing and documenting current business processes for targeted business areas or functionalities and then recommending and implementing improvements to those processes in coordination with relevant teams and leaders. The role combines process analysis, continuous improvement, and project management skills. A successful candidate for the role must have experience in property and casualty insurance, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in leading successful implementation of operational changes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational process changes from start-to-finish, in coordination with multiple, cross functional leaders and teams
• Understand business process requirements, evaluate current processes, and recommend modifications
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and issues
• Propose and evaluate potential solutions based on both user feedback, costs, and anticipated benefits
• Own and maintain business process and workflow documentation
• Set and meet timelines and milestones in coordination with organizational leaders which support and align to strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years’ experience in property and casualty Insurance
• 5 years as business process analyst or 2 years as business process architect
• Experience in process optimization, improvement, and automation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around key decisions
• Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Ability to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors.
