Description **Objective**
This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Tap Room.

**Essential Responsibilities**
* Assists bartenders in engaging guests and providing outstanding customer service.
* Collects, cleans, and hangs glassware.
* Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, furniture, restrooms, and overall space.
* Changes kegs and provides maintenance and cleaning of draft beer system.
* Ensures correct product rotation for maximized freshness using FIFO
* Stock, organizes, and maintains packaged product and related equipment.
* Stock, organizes, and maintains retail product areas.
* Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
* Opens and closes by following the written policies and checklists.
* Completes daily side work checklist.
