Lead, coach, and develop a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets
Monitor daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient scheduling of appointments
Implement performance metrics, training programs, and process improvements
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer outreach and service goals
Manage call center technology and reporting tools to track KPIs and customer satisfaction
3+ years of experience managing a call center, preferably in home services or a related industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
