Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients by managing case files, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases from intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.

Must be tech savvy and have strong excel
