Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health | Pittsburgh, PA

Employment Type: Part-Time/32

Pay Range: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Medi Home Health Agency, a division of Medical Services of America, we believe that exceptional care begins in the comfort of home. We’re currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team, serving patients in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

As a CNA in home health, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing essential personal care services that promote independence, comfort, and quality of life for our patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with daily personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Use proper body mechanics to ensure safe patient movement and transfers.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the care team.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations following agency procedures.

What You Bring:

• Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification in the state of Pennsylvania .
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA or HHA (home health/hospice experience preferred).
• A caring, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license , and auto insurance .
• Ability to work independently and follow a plan of care under RN supervision.
