Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice Aide | Fayetteville, NC

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to join our team in the Fayetteville area and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
As a CNA with our hospice team, you’ll play a vital role in providing hands-on care and comfort to those at the end of life. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager, you’ll ensure that patients receive compassionate, high-quality support in the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Do:
· Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
· Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, and respiration).
· Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
· Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation and feeding assistance.
· Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
· Apply safety principles and proper body mechanics when assisting with mobility.
· Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow established procedures.
What You Bring:
· Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification in North Carolina.
· At least 1 year of experience providing personal care (hospice or home health experience preferred).
· A compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
· Commitment to upholding the dignity and comfort of every patient.
