Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow with confidence and care
• Mentor, guide, and support nurses and medical staff — leading by example

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact Multi-State) – Required
• BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required | ACLS – within 1 year of hire
• 2+ years of nursing experience (Urgent Care or Emergency Dept. preferred)
• Leadership or Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
