A client of Insight Global that's a small FinTech startup is seeking a Chief of Staff that will play a critical role in supporting the executive team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with similar experience under their belt, exceptional project management skills, and a background in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align with company goals.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the executive team's schedule, priorities, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Represent the executive team in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve processes.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.

Required Skills and Experience *

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in the financial industry and/or startup environments.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Experience in a traditional, structured corporate setting is highly desirable.
