We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and career-focused professional to become an integral part of our dynamic advisory practice. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. This role involves close collaboration with our Financial Advisors, Investment Coordinator, and Financial Planning Department to support client investment operations and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new client onboarding and open investment accounts
• Process new investor applications
• Coordinate and monitor asset transfers
• Address and resolve client service requests
• Support advisors in preparing investment proposals
• Participate in internal case-preparation meetings with the advisory team
• Assist with client meeting prep and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM systems
• Manage client communications and follow-up
• Handle special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• FINRA securities or insurance licenses are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the investment or financial services industry preferred

Required Skills:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong time management abilities
• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro; ability to adapt to new software quickly
• Self-starter with the judgment to know when to act independently or seek guidance
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
