Pride Health is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator for a 13-week contract (with high possibility of extension) at a correctional facility in California City, CA . Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on identified needs and functional levels.
- Provide counseling, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management to support inmate mental health.
- Document all assessments, treatments, and interventions in the healthcare record in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to professional and ethical guidelines.
- Apply knowledge of psychological counseling theories and evidence-based practices in treatment delivery.
Experience:
- 2 years of Social Work experience
Certifications & Skills:
- Active LPC/ LCSW/LICSW/LMFT License
- BLS (AHA)
