What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in commercial HVAC systems
• Repair or replace faulty components to restore system functionality
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems
• Advise customers on necessary repairs, upgrades, and ongoing system care
• Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and value-added recommendations
• Build trusted relationships through exceptional service and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and complete work orders
• Assist with related duties as needed to support our service operations

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC field
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and service techniques
• Ability to interpret specifications, schematics, and technical drawings
• Physically able to lift/move heavy objects, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with rotating on-call responsibilities
• Personal set of basic hand tools

Technical expertise in one or more of the following systems is a plus:

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Chillers and Cooling Towers
• Heat Pumps and Hydronic Systems
• Air Conditioners and Geothermal Units
• Gas and Oil Furnaces/Boilers
