Clapper is one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, connecting adults around the world through real, authentic conversations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, French-speaking Community Associate , someone fluent in both standard French and Haitian French, to help us foster community, create engaging content, and build meaningful connections across the platform.

This is a remote position .

What you’ll do:

• Respond to user inquiries in French and Haitian French with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with creators to promote inclusivity and a positive brand presence.
• Create and manage content for in-app group chats, announcements, and user resources.
• Monitor live events to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Gather community feedback and provide actionable insights for platform improvement.
• Stay updated on Clapper’s evolving features to provide accurate user support.

What you’ll bring:

• Fluency in French and Haitian French (spoken and written).
• 2-3 years of experience in community management, customer service, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and trends in French-speaking communities.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and peak hours.
• Experience moderating online communities or managing content (preferred, but not required) 

You may be asked to submit a portfolio or samples of content you’ve created as part of the application process.

This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time role.
