JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team and take ownership of fostering vibrant and engaged communities for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform trends, and knows how to authentically build and nurture online communities. You’ll be responsible for engaging with audiences, sparking meaningful conversations, and creating content that resonates. Whether managing a brand’s social presence, interacting with followers, or leveraging trends to create viral moments, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients connect with their audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers across social platforms by
  • responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Content Creation: Develop and post social-first content (text, video, graphics) that drives
  • engagement and builds brand loyalty.
  • Growth & Activation: Identify opportunities to grow audiences through influencer
  • collaborations, community activations, and trend-driven content.
  • Social Listening: Monitor conversations, trends, and brand sentiment to identify insights
  • that inform strategy and content direction.
  • Trendspotting & Experimentation: Stay ahead of social media trends, memes, and
  • platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Moderation & Crisis Management: Maintain brand voice and handle sensitive
  • conversations, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track engagement metrics, identify patterns, and provide
  • recommendations to optimize community growth and performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, content, and creative teams to
  • align community efforts with overall campaign goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2+ years of experience in community management. Management across multiple
  • channels is a plus - TikTok, Instagram, X, Snap, Pinterest and LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
  • Experience managing communities with a 100k following or larger.
  • Proven experience in social media management, community building, content creation,
  • or influencer marketing.
  • Experience with social listening and management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools, particularly for short-form video
  • content.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and
  • performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • (preferred but not required).

  • latest trends, and can translate them into engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience building and managing a brand or personal online community with
  • measurable growth and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience creating content (video, graphics, memes, text posts) that
  • resonates with social audiences.
  • A strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter,
  • LinkedIn, Discord, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adopt different brand voices and tones.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable reviewing engagement metrics and using data to
  • inform strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment, staying ahead of trends and
  • responding quickly to real-time opportunities.
