Hybrid – DFW Metroplex (1 day/week in-office after onboarding)

Part Time that will grow into Full Time

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed, tech-savvy operator to be the right hand to our COO; keeping our systems sharp, our projects on track, and our leaders focused on growth.

This isn’t a “calendar and coffee” admin role.

You’ll be running the backend of a fast-moving, multi-location business , managing established processes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring everything runs like a finely tuned machine.

What You’ll Do:

Own the execution of SOPs & processes across 3 DFW offices
Manage projects & deliverables in Monday.com and Notion
Support the COO with high-level admin, scheduling, and communications
Keep teams aligned, accountable, and moving forward
Maintain and update operational playbooks
Manage all HR related tasks including posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding & off boarding, rolling out HR related policies to the team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Moves quickly & communicates clearly (and doesn’t get offended by direct feedback).
Thrives on organization, problem-solving, and execution.
Can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Is highly proficient with tech tools (Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace).
Can work hybrid — mostly remote with 1-2 days/week in-office after onboarding.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 years of administrative experience, with HR support experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and major social media platforms.
Proven ability to manage confidential information.
