Compliance Manager

Take your career to the next level with us! R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to join our Aviation sector. Individuals will be engaged with both airline and airport funded projects. The individual will oversee compliance-related activities for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects, with a focus on utilizing B2Gnow and LCPTracker systems. This role involves ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company standards, as well as managing workforce and M/WBE (Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises) requirements.
Qualification Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee workforce compliance, including labor standards, wage rates, and worker classifications.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of workforce data.
Manage and enforce M/WBE participation goals.
Collaborate with M/WBE firms to ensure contract fulfillment and compliance with diversity requirements.
Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation required by internal and external stakeholders, including union rates, certified payroll reports, M/WBE participation, payment confirmations and compliance certificates.
Generate regular reports from B2Gnow and LCPTracker to monitor compliance metrics and identify any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of all compliance-related documents and correspondence.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Review and verify documentation submitted by subcontractors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Address and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during audits.
Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries related to B2Gnow and LCPTracker.
Facilitate communication and provide guidance on compliance-related matters to project teams and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on compliance procedures, B2Gnow, and LCPTracker usage.
Provide ongoing support to project teams and subcontractors regarding compliance requirements and system operations.
Resolve system-related issues and work with technical support as needed.
Job Offer:
Competitive base salary between $80 95K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
Annual bonuses are based on individual and company performance.
