One of the industry-leading general constructors is hiring for a Construction Executive to take the step up from Lead/General Superintendent and drive the growth of one of the highest rated companies in the industry. As Construction Executive, you’ll serve as a key operational leader, working closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

You’ll be the voice of the field, shaping team culture, mentoring emerging leaders, and supporting project execution across Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support field leadership across the region
• Review and enhance project planning, site logistics, and execution strategy
• Champion safety and quality standards across all job sites
• Collaborate with preconstruction and executive teams on staffing, manpower, and resource planning
• Act as a trusted leader and advisor across operations and field teams

Requirements:

• 20+ years in general contracting with a strong field operations background
• Proven track record leading Superintendents and managing large-scale commercial builds
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, scheduling, and team development
• Passion for mentoring, problem-solving, and relationship building
• Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam preferred
