It is the responsibility of a Construction Manager (CM) to supervise and coordinate multiple projects to ensure on-time completion, while maintaining budget requirements and a high level of quality. The CM will serve as the Owner’s representative on a variety of projects including ground-up new construction, renovations, capital improvements and tenant improvement projects. In the performance of this role, the CM is responsible to protect and promote the interest of Noddle Companies, its clients and investment partners in all matters and take action to perform the following duties:
