Controller Opportunity (manufacturing Co.) – Morgantown, PA – to $140K Join a dynamic, growing manufacturing company as a hands-on Controller, serving as the strategic right hand to the CFO. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead full-scope accounting operations, drive process improvements, and manage international business unit reporting. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, internal controls, and system enhancements. Controller – Responsibilities Strategic Accounting Leadership - Implement accounting strategies, goals, and policies Oversee financial systems including general ledger, budgeting, and cost allocation Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and external reports Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant reporting and support international unit consolidations Conduct financial analyses on cash flow, investments, and banking for global entities Operational Oversight - lead daily accounting functions, including internal controls, systems oversight, and process improvements Supervise AR operations, credit assessments, and collections Coordinate international finance teams and budgeting process Drive financial controls and compliance. Controller – Requirements ~ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance ~ CPA preferred ~ Manufacturing industry ~8+ years accounting with demonstrated leadership experience
