Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to provide technical support solutions to our customers. This role requires the ability to determine the best possible approach for upgrades and troubleshoot daily issues to identify long-term solutions, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. In addition, the ability to effectively handle inventory control and warehouse organization is necessary. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure, and be a proactive problem-solver and team player that has a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. The candidate must thrive in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound. Ability to use VLookup in Excel required.

Responsibilities - Customer Support

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, providing timely responses via email and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Provide hardware and system support after training and conduct investigations into device & system-related issues.
  • Collect and document customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Manage support tickets via Zoho Desk and ensure timely resolution.
  • Enter accurate data and maintain customer interaction records.

Responsibilities - Logistics Support

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate pallet stacker (experience preferred).
  • Maintain accurate inventory and forecast needs, requesting orders from HQ.
  • Resolve shipping issues and communicate with carriers.
  • Receive containers and organize items in storage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Coordinate return pickups with customers.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service support.
  • Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and an experimental mindset for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (including VLookup) and Google Sheets for inventory management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud/phone apps and CRM/CS platforms (Zoho CRM/Desk preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, Zendesk preferred).
  • Experience with inventory control, warehouse organization, and shipping processes, including use of warehouse tools (e.g., pallet stacker, barcode scanner).
  • Strong technical aptitude and customer service skills, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs in a warehouse setting.
