Deeply understand the company's products and services to ensure that the content is accurate, clear and easy to understand. Adjust copy style and language expression according to different customer groups and channels. Content Optimization Regularly review and optimize existing customer service content to ensure it is current and accurate. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify potential issues and room for improvement in copywriting. Work closely with product managers, technical support and other departments to ensure that copy is aligned with product features and service processes. Content Publishing and Updating Responsible for publishing written and optimized content to company website, social media, email and other channels. Regularly update and publish new customer service content based on business development and market demand. Team Collaboration and Communication Maintain close communication with customer service team, marketing team, etc. to ensure copywriting content meets business needs and brand image. Participate in team meetings to share industry trends and best practices to enhance overall team capabilities.
