Job Title: Customer Service Representative

📍 Location: Midway, GA (Onsite)

💵 Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

🕒 Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midway, GA. This is an onsite position, ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Process orders, returns, and account updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
