CLAIMS CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

$19.25 - $19.75 (BL) PER HOUR!

SNI Companies has partnered with an amazing organization in North Austin for a unique role as a Claims Customer Support Representative!

Combine your administrative support skills with the ability to handle a volume of inbound calls, multi-tasking ability and technical skills in this fast-paced fulltime role with growth potential, benefits and incentives.

In this role you will be processing and adjudicating automotive related claims in a professional environment.

Starting pay: $19.25-19.75 per hour Monthly bonuses and full Benefits package

Hours:

Training On-Site--- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (5-6 weeks)

Remote/Hybrid 3 days in Office

After training: 40 hour schedule plus occasional OT

Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:00PM and every other Saturday (8am-3pm)

Skills needed:

  • 2-3 years high volume inbound call experience
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Technically savvy to pick up on new software and interoffice chat forums.
  • Claims processing experience a plus! (NO CLAIMS EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
